HELD: A 6-week postpartum circle for mothers & babies (0-6 months)

HELD is a postpartum circle created to offer deep nourishment and support for mothers and babies from birth to six months. This thoughtfully curated program provides space for learning, reflection, sharing, and meaningful connection, with yourself, your baby, and a community of mothers moving through this season together.

HELD is facilitated by Lauren Featherstone of Held & Whole Postpartum, and is hosted at Soma Landing, a warm, grounding space devoted to postpartum support and wellbeing. Together, they offer a container rooted in safety, presence, and compassionate care.

Each week explores themes related to infancy, postpartum, and matrescence (the transition into motherhood). Alongside practical information and guidance, participants are invited into deeper reflection and offered space to lean into the truth of their lived experience, to be fully seen, heard, and supported just as they are.

Through grounding meditations and gentle practices, journaling prompts, group discussion, and shared wisdom from Lauren and expert guest speakers including Morgan Schenkeveld, infant feeding specialist, and Kassie Coupal, women’s health physiotherapist — HELD cultivates a community rooted in connection, belonging, and meaningful support.

In listening to one another’s stories, and in being witnessed in our own, a collective holding emerges. This circle is intended to be a steady anchor and a source of nourishment as you move through early motherhood, and a reminder that you are not meant to do this alone.

Registration is now open for the upcoming circle.
The circle begins March 31st and meets for six weeks on Tuesdays from 10:00–11:30am

Space is limited to a maximum of 8 mothers + babies.
